Trip Summary
From 1st July 2021 to 1st September 2021 we cycled over 3000km from the Canadian Border to Florida- our first cycling trip in the US. We mainly followed the routes published by the Adventure Cycling Association with a few minor variations. From Buffalo NY to Waverley TN we followed the Underground Railroad route before heading to Waynesboro TN and joining the Natchez Trace Parkway, part of the Great Rivers South Route. We left the parkway just short of its terminus in Natchez and took back roads through Mississipi to join the Southern Tier route into Pensacola FL
